Did you know? In principle, regular bathing for dogs (and cats) is of course not absolutely necessary - however, many breeds require special care, as the coat becomes very dirty or matted without regular cleaning. Light-colored coats in particular often require more intensive grooming than others. If it is not absolutely necessary, you should not bathe your dog too often so as not to damage the skin's protective acid mantle.
