ALPHAZOO feed oils are filled in opaque tinplate bottles that protect the oil from oxidation. The bottles are recyclable and thus provide a sustainable packaging solution.

Please note: Due to its special metabolism, black cumin oil is generally not suitable for cats.

Our animal experts recommend feeding them:

Dogs up to 10 kg

2.5 ml daily

Dogs 10 to 20 kg

5 ml daily

Dogs 20 to 30 kg

7.5 ml daily

Dogs 30 to 40 kg

10 ml daily

One teaspoon corresponds to approx. 5 ml.
Stir the product in a circular motion. Shaking vigorously can lead to spills.
Please do not feed Alpha-Zegg Food Oil to cats!

What is the shelf life of Alpha-Zegg Feed Oil after opening?

Alpha-Zegg Feed Oil can be kept for about 6-8 weeks after opening if it is stored in the refrigerator and protected from light and air.

Alpha-Zegg feed oil has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids and is therefore sensitive to oxygen, light and heat, which can lead to rapid oxidation and rancidity of the oil. It is important to keep the bottle tightly closed and in a cool place to extend the shelf life of the oil.

How do I store Alpha-Zegg feed oil?

Alpha-Zegg feed oil should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place and should be protected from air, moisture and light.

Good to know

One option is to mix Alpha-Zegg Feed Oil with a little water or chicken stock and pour it over the dog's food. Alternatively, it can also be mixed into a treat or a homemade treat.
